Privacy

Last updated 23 July 2026

This website does not collect anything about you. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. Nothing you do on this site is recorded by us or shared with anyone.

Server logs

Like any website, the pages here are delivered by a hosting provider whose servers keep short-term technical logs — typically the requesting IP address, the page requested, and the time. Those logs exist to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not access them to identify visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.

If you email us

The email address on this site is a normal mailbox. If you write to us, we hold what you send in order to respond to you and, if we are engaged, to act for you. Correspondence is stored in our practice's email system and is not sold, rented, or provided to anyone for marketing.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive material in a first enquiry. Until we have confirmed we are able to act and completed conflict checks, we cannot guarantee that what you send will be treated as confidential or privileged. Email is also not a secure medium.

Our professional obligations

Once we act for you, your information is subject to our duties of confidentiality and legal professional privilege under the legal profession legislation and the solicitors' conduct rules of New South Wales. Those obligations are broader and stricter than this page.

Access, correction and complaints

If you would like to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to raise a concern about how it has been handled, email enquiries@phontos.com.au and we will respond.

Links to other sites

This site links to a small number of other websites. Once you follow a link, this policy no longer applies — the other site's own practices govern what it collects.

Changes

If this site ever adds a form, analytics or anything else that collects information, this page will be updated to say so before that happens.
